Opened CapCut at midnight. Watched, broke things, figured it out. 72 hours later I hit send, and he loved it.

That moment told me something. Not just that I could learn fast, I’ve always been able to do that. But that this specific thing, editing, the pacing, the cuts, the way a story feels when it’s put together right, I actually enjoyed it. More than anything I’d tried before.

So I kept going. Client after client. Reel after reel. Getting better each time because I wanted to, not because I had to.
